My second time staying at Amorita Boutique Hotel and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, being right in the middle of the old quarter, but away from noisy bars, which makes it quiet for sleeping at night and is within walking distance of major sites. The rooms are nicely decorated and are cleaned every day, and the minibar items are cheap and restocked every day. The WiFi is reliable and very fast. All of the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Mai, who always comes to chat to you at breakfast, and every other time she sees you throughout the day. I lost all of my bank cards in an accident, and Mai helped me out by arranging for a money transfer instead, which was perfect, and meant that I didn't have to cut my holiday short. The second time I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning from Ninh Binh, the staff allowed me to check in early so that I didn't have to hang around all day. The selection of food available for breakfast was very good, and they have a good cooked breakfast selection too. If you are looking for a bit of luxury and hospitality, then you won't be disappointed in this hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Hanoi.

Location was really good coz the property is close to everything.. The family suite is really huge allowing space for everyone with a bed-config of 2 king and 1 single. It also featured a couch for lounging. Bed mattress was on the firm side. The room has 2 wardrobes with enough coat hangers and multiple drawers. Likewise, there are two dressing tables and full length mirror. The room has 2 split ACs which was very efficient in keeping the room cool during the humid hanoi summer. as we were high up in the floor, the hustle and bustle down below was successfully muted and allowed for us to have an uninterrupted sleep. I guess above all, what really stood out was not the “tangibles” but the “intangible” thats is their customer service. Bryan and Mai were always going out of their way to make sure our stay was good. They were very accommodating and patient with all our queries and requests. Bravo! PS The lobby was always smelling fresh and felt very inviting. It was such a treat to walk into after a long day exploring the city

Wow as in wow, the Family Suite with Balcony that we stayed in was very huge, its like two rooms packed in one, 1x single bed and 1x queen bed and 1x king bed, 1x sofa, 2x cabinets, 2x tv, has a mini fridge, lots of drawers, with daily supply of 5x bottled water, packs of coffee and tea, 2x aircon with heater, with elevator, a simple complimentary breakfast for all of us and we got this room with a discount due to early booking. The location was so near the Hoan Kiem Lake and Thang Long Water Puppet theater, lots of restos, coffee shops and souvenir stores in the area. Our family really love this hotel, it's so comfortable and the the staffs were always smiling, greeting the guests and speaks english well. We will definitely consider again this hotel once we go back again in Hanoi. Thank you Hanoi Amorita for a relaxing stay in your hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but it didn't live up to the reviews and looks like the photos were taken on it's "best days" or in different rooms. Our room was quite small and basic, so was the bathroom and overall it was not bad - but our expectations based on the previous reviews of other travellers were set high, and did not add up. Overall, it is quite basic hotel, with small rooms and 'tired' amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was also quite basic, but fresh and we always found something to our taste. The location is very good, close to the lake - on weekend the roads were closed for cars and bikes, and it was very pleasant to walk. Also the hotel helped us with booking transfer from the airport, money exchange and laundry (although a couple of socks got lost, but we did get someone's pants instead :)

The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the old quarter and is within walking distance of most of the sights. It's also very close to the hop on hop off bus stop which is a great way of getting around. The staff we very friendly, especially Mai who came to greet me at breakfast every morning, and when I checked out all of the staff members on duty came to say goodbye to me at the door. The beds were really comfy, and the room was well cleaned every day. They also offer a laundry service, and I received my items back within a few hours, and the cost was very reasonable compared to doing it yourself at a laundrette. There is a good variety of items available at breakfast as well as a a la carte menu, and it is all good quality food.
